At Truonganhcustom, all products are handcrafted and personalized based on each customer's specific request. Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun.

❌ Non-Refundable Circumstances:

• You change your mind after placing a confirmed order

• You provided incorrect information or design requirements

• Minor imperfections due to handmade processes (each product is unique)

✅ Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

• The item is lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping provider)

• The product arrives severely damaged (must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery)

• We sent the wrong product compared to what was confirmed in writing
